SKP Clarendon Scholarship

Following a generous endowment made by Dubai-based entrepreneur Krishna Pathak, Exeter College, Oxford (UK), has instituted the SKP Clarendon Scholarship (linked to the Clarendon Award) for Indian graduates, to read for a Masters degree at Exeter College.

The scholarship, which will be awarded for the academic year beginning October 1, 2009, is for one year, renewable for another two years, and will provide the full recommended living allowance of £12,940 (Rs.9 lakh) per year, in addition to the Clarendon (tuition) Award. The Clarendon Scholarship is open to Indian university graduates wishing to pursue higher study in Exeter College in any subject related to the economic development of India (maths, science, medicine, humanities and social sciences).
