The Kolkata-based Globsyn Business School which also has a campus in Ahmedabad, inaugurated its first business office in downtown Ahmedabad on January 10.
Speaking on the occasion, Bikram Dasgupta, chairman and chief executive of the Globsyn Group said: “We have drawn up an expansion plan to establish ourselves as the preferred B-school of Ahmedabad. Now, with our office situated in a prime location of the city, students can drop in anytime to enquire about courses, pedagogy and most importantly the values and experience of the Globsyn brand.”
Globsyn Business School, Ahmedabad, had a successful inaugural year in 2008 with the inauguration of its 33 acre campus sited between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Designed as a modern B-school campus, GBS Ahmedabad offers the best collegiate infrastructure in Gujarat and is located far from the bustle of the city. “The campus offers an ideal learning environment where students can discover themselves and work within simulated corporate environments in preparation for their work life,” added Dasgupta.
With two sprawling campuses in Kolkata and Ahmedabad, Globsyn Business School was initiated in Kolkata with a first batch of 50 students. Currently GBS has an aggregate enrollment of 700 students and has contributed 1,000 alumni to the national management pool.
